“Communication, diligence and teamwork are the keys to winning but always enjoy playing the game”
My goal is to develop young athletes into competent volleyball players through compassionate coaching.  I want to foster a love of the game in young athletes so that it builds into a life-long passion.  I instruct young players on basic and advanced skills based on sound principles learned over a lifetime of playing, learning, and coaching.  I educate players on the importance of dedication, consistency, and concentration.  These are skills needed to play at the highest level but they are also important life skills needed to succeed in all endeavors.   I exhibit sportsmanship, respect, honesty, and integrity, and I expect the same of my players.   I will help players to set their goals high and always, to always strive for their best.  Ultimately, we play this sport because we enjoy it, so I teach players it is possible to have compete, be creative, and have fun, all while playing at a high level.
